| 微型电动滚筒使用注意事项： Cautions for the use of miniature electric drums: 1.使用前应检查电动滚筒内部油量，油量以滚筒半径的2/3为宜；检查电机接线是否正确。2.滚筒须空载启动。3.滚筒第一次工作300小聚氨酯软管 PVC软管 隔离墩模具 u型槽模具 护坡模具 pvc输送带 尼龙输送带 天津除甲醛 北京除甲醛 时后更换筒内润滑油，以后每隔5000小时换油一次并进行保养维修。4.定期检查油位，根据密封情况调整油封弹簧或更换油封。 1. Check the oil quantity inside the electric drum before use. The oil quantity should be 2/3 of the drum radius. Check whether the motor wiring is correct. 2. The drum shall be started without load. 3. Change the lubricating oil in the drum after 300 hours of the first operation, and then change the oil every 5,000 hours for maintenance. 4. Check oil level regularly, adjust oil seal spring or replace oil seal according to seal condition. |
