永磁直驱电动滚筒外壳设计为外转子,转子内部采用磁钢形成磁路,定子线圈固定在机轴的轴套上,机轴为空心轴,电源引线从接线盒由机轴的空心穿入与线圈连接,其外还有相应支撑的端盖、支座、轴承和油盖主要零件以及密封,紧固等标准件,由变频驱动器直接驱动滚筒,传动效率大幅度上升,实现高效大扭矩低速同步驱动。结构原理图如下:
The shell of the permanent magnet direct drive electric drum is designed as an outer rotor. The inner part of the rotor adopts magnetic steel to form a magnetic circuit. The stator coil is fixed on the shaft sleeve of the shaft. The shaft is a hollow shaft. The power lead is connected with the coil through the hollow part of the shaft from the junction box. Besides, there are corresponding supporting end cover, support, bearing and oil cover, as well as sealing and fastening standard parts, which are directly connected by the variable frequency drive Connected with the driving drum, the transmission efficiency is greatly increased, and the synchronous drive with high efficiency, high torque and low speed is realized.
