     二   .拆装时注意事项 

Two.

1、拆滚筒时 划好筒体与端盖 螺丝眼距位置  两面滚筒端盖都划. （防止组装时对不上螺丝位置）

1. When the drum is removed, the cylinder and end cover are screwed away from each other. Two sides of the roller cover are drawn.

2 、电机端盖处密封圈 要保证无脏 后安装 . 

2. The sealing ring at the end cover of the motor must be ensured after no dirty installation.

3 、  电机部分装好后 试转   （确认电机。相间电阻  对地电阻 正常。轴承无噪音   后继续安装 ），

4 、组装时螺丝不要有松动 忘紧、、（筒内螺丝掉落后果严重）

4. Do not loose and tighten screws when assembling.

5、筒体与端盖之间旧垫 清理干净  不要有残留。做新垫时注意 尺寸  眼距  正好、做好后纸垫两面 打好密封胶 抹匀.。（不要过多抹胶、紧螺丝纸垫易挤裂） 

5. Clean the old pads between the cylinder and the end cover. When making the new pad, pay attention to the size, the distance between the eyes and the holes is just right. (do not glue too much, tighten the screws and pad easily).

6 、安装筒体时尽量将内部组好一部分竖起来装 （更方便 对 之前划过的记号 ，另观察纸垫是否完好    。）

6. When installing the cylinder, try to make some part of the inner part vertically installed (more convenient for marking before, and observe whether the paper pad is intact or not).

7 、 装好后刮去多余部分纸垫 、完成安装
