The cable terminal is connected with the two side of the circuit breaker's circuit breaker to ensure that the connection terminals are in good contact and no loosening. Insert the explosion-proof plug-in and lock the deadlock tightening device. c) 合上井场变压器下端断路器。借助电动储能修井机配电柜面板上设置的多功能电力仪表，观察电力仪表上各相线之间电压是否正常。 C) closed circuit breaker at the bottom of the well field transformer. With the help of the multi-function electric power meter set on the distribution cabinet panel of the electric energy storage machine, it is observed whether the voltage between each phase line on the electric power meter is normal. d) 将电动储能修井机配电柜总开关合闸，若不能合闸，可能因为电缆相序连接错误，更换井场供电断路器二次侧任意两相电源相序。顺利合闸后，依次合闸变频器电源开关，主油泵电机开关。 D) switch the main switch of the power storage workover rig switchboard, if it can't be closed, it may be because the phase sequence connection error of the cable can replace any two phase power supply phase sequence on the two side of the well site power circuit breaker. After the smooth closing, the switch of the inverter power supply is closed in turn and the main oil pump motor switch. e) 观察变频器柜和变流器柜的液晶显示屏显示是否正常。 E) observe whether the LCD display of the converter cabinet and the converter cabinet is normal. （注意：以上工作需要具有电工操作资质人员施工） (Note: the above work needs to be constructed by qualified electrician) f) 启动司钻箱液压站电机开关，检查液路压力、气路压力、变速箱油压力及各仪表，出现异常则停车查看，排除故障。 F) start driller hydraulic station motor switch box, check the liquid pressure, gas pressure, gearbox oil pressure and the instrument is abnormal, stop check, troubleshooting. g) 观察仪表、灯光、开关是否正常，检查变速箱油温及油压。 G) observe whether the instrument, light and switch are normal, check the oil temperature and oil pressure of the gearbox. h) 观察是否有漏油、漏气现象，有无震动和异常声响，否则停车查看，排除故障。 H) observe whether there are leakage, leakage, vibration and abnormal sound, or stop to check and remove the fault. i) 启动操作注意事项： I) start operation note: 1) 雨雪天气施工，注意做好防护工作，插件在插拔期间不得溅入水滴。井场配电柜和电动储能修井机配电柜开门操作期间注意防雨雪。 1) the rain and snow weather construction, pay attention to the protection work, the plug-in should not splash into the water drop during the pluggable. During the opening operation of the distribution cabinet of the well field distribution cabinet and the electric energy storage workover machine, we should pay attention to the rain and snow. 2) 当储能系统发生故障时，需要根据故障类型，检查排除故障或联系制造商处理。故障处理完成后，操作变流器柜复位按钮，进行故障复位，此时储能系统可以正常运行。 2) when the energy storage system fails, it is necessary to check the troubleshooting or contact the manufacturer according to the type of fault. After the failure processing is completed, the converter cabinet reset button is operated to reset the fault, and the energy storage system can run normally at this time. 3) 司钻箱和配电柜的面板上设置有变频器紧急停车按钮，当现场出现危及设备及人身安全的事故时，可通过操作任一急停按钮来实现快速停车。系统恢复正常，需再次启动时，应将急停按钮沿顺时针方向旋出，方可正常启动。 3) the box and distribution cabinet panel is arranged on the inverter emergency stop button, when the scene of endangering safety of personnel and equipment accidents, through the operation of any emergency stop button to achieve fast stop. When the system is restored to normal, the urgent stop button should be swirled along clockwise when it is started again, so that it can start normally. 3.1.3 停机操作 3.1.3 downtime operation a) 将变流器柜变流器启动开关拨至停止位置，旋转变流器柜上电能释放开关至释放位置，确认变流器柜显示屏超级电容电压值在10V以下。 A) switch the starting switch of the converter cabinet to the stop position, and turn the power release switch to the release location on the rotary converter cabinet. It is confirmed that the super capacitor voltage value of the converter cabinet display is below 10V. b) 依次停止配电柜主油泵电机、变频器电源、配电柜总电源。 B) stop the main oil pump motor of the distribution cabinet, the power supply of the inverter and the total power supply of the distribution cabinet in turn. c) 断开井场配电柜断路器电源，拆下断路器二次侧电缆接线端子。（注意：以上工作需要具有电工操作资质人员施工） C) disconnect the power supply of the distribution cabinet circuit breaker in the wellsite and remove the two side cable terminal of the circuit breaker. (Note: the above work needs to be constructed by qualified electrician) d) 拔开电缆两端防爆插件，注意盖好防爆插件盖帽，保护插芯。 D) unplug the cables at both ends of the explosion-proof plug-in, pay attention to cover the explosion-proof plug cap and protect the plug. e) 将电缆收至电缆滚筒，电缆应排列整齐。 E) the cable is collected to the cable drum and the cable should be arranged in order. f) 收好电动储能修井机接地极和接地线。 F) receive the ground pole and the grounding wire of the electric energy storage workover machine. g) 长期停用的电动储能修井机，电瓶必须拆下充电。将润滑油放净。 G) an electric energy storage workover machine that has been discontinued for a long time, and the battery must be dismantled. Remove the lubricating oil. h) 电容器柜用苫布等遮挡,不要直接雨淋日晒，并且应该定期检查柜内是否有水汽、凝露、发霉等现象。 H) tarpaulin shelter capacitor cabinet, and should not directly exposed to the sun and rain, whether there is water vapor, condensation, moldy phenomenon such as regular inspection cabinet. i) 电动储能修井机存放 I) storage of electric energy storage workover machine |
