电动滚筒的炮炼方式

Barrel refining method of electric roller

1、电炮炼：将电动滚筒内阻丝纠缠在反应罐筒体的绝缘层上，或者安装在离反应罐若干差距的特设绝缘体上，所以，在内阻丝与反应罐体其间构成了不大的空间缝隙。

1. Electric Gun Refining: The inner resistance wire of the electric drum is entangled on the insulating layer of the reactor cylinder, or is installed on the special insulator which is some distance from the reactor cylinder, so there is a small space gap between the inner resistance wire and the reactor cylinder.

2、蒸汽炮炼：炮炼气温在100℃以下时，可用一个磅礴压以下的蒸汽来炮炼；100~180℃范围内，用饱满蒸汽；当气温更高时，可引用高压过热蒸汽。

2. Steam refining: when the temperature is below 100 C, one pound of steam can be used for refining; 100-180 C, full steam; when the temperature is higher, high-pressure superheated steam can be used.

3、加热：要求气温不高时可引用，其炮炼制度有敞开式和密闭式两种。敞开式较简易，它由轮回泵、水槽、管道及操纵阀门的调解器所合成，当引用高压水时，电动滚筒烈度要求高，反应罐外表层焊上蛇管，蛇管与釜壁有缝隙，使热阻增长，电动滚筒尺寸，传热成效下降。

3, heating: when the temperature is not high, it can be quoted, and its refining system has two types: open and closed. Open type is relatively simple, it is composed of reciprocating pumps, flumes, pipes and control valves of the mediator, when the introduction of high-pressure water, electric drum strength requirements, the reaction tank surface welding snake tube, snake tube and kettle wall gap, so that thermal resistance increases, the size of the electric drum, heat transfer efficiency is reduced.

4、用其他介质炮炼：若工艺要求必需在高温下操作或者欲免除引用高压的炮炼制度时，电动滚筒可用其他介质来顶替水和蒸汽，如矿产油（275～300℃）、熔盐（140～540℃）、液体铅（熔点327℃）等。

4. Processing with other media: If the process requires high temperature operation or want to avoid the introduction of high-pressure processing system, electric drum can use other media to replace water and steam, such as mineral oil (275-300 degrees C), molten salt (140-540 degrees C), liquid lead (melting point 327 degrees C).
