电动滚筒的分类有四种基本方法。即依据电动机冷却方式，所采用减速器传动结构类型，电动滚筒基本工作环境特征和电机置于滚筒内外这几种方法来将电动滚筒分类。

There are four basic methods for the classification of electric rollers. That is to say, according to the cooling mode of the motor, the drive structure type of the reducer, the basic working environment characteristics of the electric drum and the motor inside and outside the drum are used to classify the electric drum.

这种电动滚筒的特点是电动机不用油液冷却，靠传导、辐射和风的对流，又可分为强制风冷和自然风冷两种。

This electric drum is characterized by the motor does not need oil cooling, relying on conduction, radiation and wind convection, can be divided into forced air cooling and natural air cooling two kinds.

这种电动滚筒也称为间接油冷式电动滚筒。电动滚筒内有一定的冷却油液，由于滚筒体不停地旋转，筒体上刮油板将油液不停地浇到电动机和齿轮上，带走电动机和齿轮工作时产生的热量，把热量传递到滚筒体壁上，加速电机散热，并对齿轮产生润滑作用。油冷式电动滚筒的关键是电动机内部不允许进入油液。

This kind of electric roller is also called indirect oil cooling electric roller. There is a certain amount of cooling oil in the electric drum. Because the drum body rotates continuously, the scraper on the drum body pours the oil on the motor and the gear continuously, which takes away the heat generated by the motor and the gear when working, transfers the heat to the wall of the drum body, accelerates the heat dissipation of the motor, and produces lubrication to the gear. The key of the oil cooled electric roller is that the motor is not allowed to enter the oil.

油浸式电动滚筒也叫直接油冷式电动滚筒，这类型的电动滚筒允许油液进入电动机内部，直接与电动机转子和定子绕组接触，将它们工作时产生的热量靠滚筒体不断地旋转而传递到滚筒体内壁。这种结构的散热效果较好，但对润滑油和电动机的质量相对要求也较高。

Oil-immersed electric drum is also called direct oil-cooled electric drum. This type of electric drum allows oil to enter the motor interior, directly contact with the motor rotor and stator windings, and the heat generated when they work is transferred to the inner wall of the drum by the continuous rotation of the drum body. The heat dissipation effect of this structure is better, but the quality of lubricating oil and motor is relatively higher.

国内外生产的减速器类型不少，但用在电动滚筒上能批量生产的不外乎三种类型。

定轴齿轮传动的电动滚筒

国内外电动滚筒最常用的减速器装置就是定轴齿轮传动，而齿轮传动中95%以上是定轴渐开线圆柱齿轮传动结构。这种传动桔构简单、性能可靠、制造容易、安装维修方便，同时又具有效率高、噪音低的优点。常用两级减速，少数为三级减速。

Fixed-shaft gear transmission is the most commonly used reducer device of electric drum at home and abroad, and more than 95% of the gear transmission is the fixed-shaft involute cylindrical gear transmission structure. The drive has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, easy manufacture, convenient installation and maintenance, high efficiency and low noise. Commonly used two grade deceleration, a few for three deceleration.

行量齿轮传动的电动滚筒

这种传动形式与定轴齿轮传动比较，具有体积小、重量轻、承载能力大、工作平稳等优点，但维修不方便，在国外的电动滚筒中常见这种结构型式。

Compared with fixed shaft gear transmission, this type of transmission has the advantages of small size, light weight, large bearing capacity and smooth operation, but it is not convenient for maintenance. This type of structure is common in foreign electric drum.

摆线针轮传动的电动滚筒

这种结构型式可谓“中国特色”，其它国家很少使用这种传动结构，用摆线针轮这种传动结构的电动滚筒可实现很小的线速度和很大功率。

This type of structure can be described as "Chinese characteristics", other countries rarely use this transmission structure, with cycloidal needle wheel drive structure of the electric roller can achieve very small linear speed and great power.

电动滚筒应用环境常见的有普通、腐蚀和易燃易爆三种场合。如果细分还有高温、湿热带及一些特殊使用场合，但这些场合使用的电动滚筒数量不多，一般只作为非标准型电动滚筒生产。

The application environment of electric roller is common in three occasions: ordinary, corrosive and flammable and explosive. If the subdivision of high temperature, humid tropical and some special occasions, but these occasions use a small number of electric drums, generally only as a non-standard electric drum production.
