Maintenance of TDY type oil cooled electric roller

首先介绍一下电动滚筒的适用范围；油冷式电动滚筒是皮带传输机的驱动装置，具有以下优点：  结构简单紧凑，密封良好，占用空间面积小，可用于粉尘大，潮湿泥泞的场所；

First, the application range of the electric roller is introduced. The oil cooled electric roller is the driving device of the belt conveyer. It has the following advantages: the structure is simple and compact, the seal is good, the space area is small, and it can be used in the large dust, wet and muddy places.

一   维修故障原因..因接触器 .触点老化. 导致一项虚连  .电机缺项烧毁、、（因拆线时忙碌 无烧毁照片）

First, the cause of maintenance failure. Because of contactor, contact aging. It leads to a virtual connection.

二   .拆装时注意事项

Two. Precautions for disassembly and disassembly

1、拆滚筒时 划好筒体与端盖 螺丝眼距位置  两面滚筒端盖都划. （防止组装时对不上螺丝位置）

1. When the drum is removed, the cylinder and the end cover can be drawn on both sides of the roller.

2 、电机端盖处密封圈 要保证无脏 后安装 .

2. The sealing ring at the end cover of the motor must be ensured after no dirty.

3 、  电机部分装好后 试转   （确认电机。相间电阻  对地电阻 正常。轴承无噪音   后继续安装 ），

3, after the motor is installed, turn it on. The resistance of the phase to the earth is normal. The bearing continues to be installed without noise.

4 、组装时螺丝不要有松动 忘紧、、（筒内螺丝掉落后果严重）

4. Do not loose and tighten screws when assembling.

5、筒体与端盖之间旧垫 清理干净  不要有残留。做新垫时注意 尺寸  眼距  正好、做好后纸垫两面 打好密封胶 抹匀.。（不要过多抹胶、紧螺丝纸垫易挤裂）

5. Clean the old pads between the cylinder and the end cover. When making the new pad, pay attention to the size of the eye distance is right, finish the two sides of the paper pad and apply the sealant evenly. (do not glue too much, tighten the screws and pad easily).

6 、安装筒体时尽量将内部组好一部分竖起来装 （更方便 对 之前划过的记号 ，另观察纸垫是否完好    。）

6. When installing the cylinder, try to make some part of the inner part vertically installed (more convenient for marking before, and observe whether the paper pad is intact).

7 、 装好后刮去多余部分纸垫 、完成安装

7, after loading, scrape the excess part of the paper pad, complete the installation.
